Registration and fee

All persons wishing to participate in the event have to register the registration page.

There is a maximum number of participants, so we screen the registrations to get a balanced field of participants. The participation fee per person will be paid by participants after their registration has been confirmed.




Academia & Government*


*Participants working in universities, government agencies such as regulatory bodies will be eligible for the discounted ticket price. The registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines.

  • All prices are subject to 21% VAT
  • Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date or before the event takes place, whichever is soonest. Full payment must be received prior to the event. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in refused entry to the conference onsite.

Registration fee includes:

  • All general sessions and panel discussions
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Exhibition hall admission
  • Entry to cocktail dinner
  • Access to digital environment with all presentations, background information of (keynote) speakers, participant list with contact details and logistics of the event.


Cancellation fees:

Up to 4 February 2024: 20% of registration fee
