Workshop on LTO Beyond 60 Years
Organized by Nuclear Research and consultancy Group (NRG) in cooperation with Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development/ Nuclear Energy Agency (OECD/NEA)
Petten, the Netherlands, 27-28 February 2024
The event has the following primary objectives:
- To discuss the latest developments in preparations for long term operation (LTO) beyond 60 years of existing NPPs` fleet;
- To discuss nuclear industry and regulatory authorities activities, plans, challenges and needs in preparation for safe LTO beyond 60 years;
- To discuss the status, interim results and upcoming activities of OECD/NEA collaborative project ‘Status Report on LTO Beyond 60 Years’.
The event is intended for experts from NPPs, support organizations and regulatory authorities with specialized knowledge of, or experience in, ageing management and long term operation of NPPs. The event is particularly important for Task Team members of OECD/NEA collaborative project ‘Status Report on LTO Beyond 60 Years’.
